 Grammar necessary to talk?

What we have to do firstly before we start to learn and speak any language? to learn the Grammar firstly and then start?  The best answer for this question will be another question that, how our children are speaking our mother tongue?   

What is your answer for this question, that will be the answer for the question mentioned above. Do our children learn the meanings of words that they hear from us by searching it in the dictionary or asking somebody?

If your answer is that, they are not searching the meanings in the dictionary, then that is the best method to have good command over any language in this world. In short we have to hear and listen to the words continuously and the meanings will be kept in our minds as images and ideas as it is happening in the case of children who are hearing it many times and understand it.

Regarding grammar, it is necessary for international language tests like IELTS, TOEFL, BEC etc., but it is not necessary when we speak, this is not my opinion, you can see many scenes of English movies where they are talking in English without adhering to the grammar rules, but they are not neglecting the fundamental rules, like they are not making mistakes like “he has been taughting”.

Firstly, make your mind free of fear, anxiety and the feeling that you will make mistakes, and talk and talk, surely  you will be able to speak like others if you are getting a good trainer and tutor.
